The unsung Heroes of Society

Most unlikely to rain in september like Monsoons but clouds are still pouring their hearts out! And that has given me enough time to ponder, this gloomy afternoon. Why is it that we see the building & not the blocks? we see not cells but body and we see not team but leaders. They all go not in vain but unsung! we praise them little. Who are they ?

They are the ones whose name we might not now but they work hard to make us known. They are the ones who made us a lavish house, the same house which is a subject of our neighbors envy . They are the ones who are the reason why we are able to boast about our success at a party or in front of our friends and family. They are the reason why we are living with comfort. They are everywhere, they work everyday, every season, they are the workers and not just workers but Miracle workers.

Ever wondered, what if ! what if they picked up doing something else. I sometimes wonder. Trust me, it brings great deal of discomfort. Who will do our half of the work?Anything happens, we know who to contact. what if we were supposed to do all our work? Sounds Scary, right? Then, why is it that the building blocks of our society go unsung? All their hard work goes unnoticed and unpraised and underpaid mostly?

And we hardly thank them.

So the question is what to do? Do we sympathize them?

“No man needs sympathy because he has to work, because he has a burden to carry. Far and away the best prize that life offers is the chance to work hard at work worth doing.”
-Theodore Roosevelt

Why sympathize, those who earn their bread through hard labor deserves respect and not sympathy. Sometimes, Generosity and a little act of kindness. A little understanding can make a whole lot of difference. A little token of appreciation to not only the leaders but the team will mean world to them, who stay in the background and through whose hard work, comes success.

when I see a Performer on stage, surrounded by fans and applause, why don’t I see people, who made it possible? Well, why not we appreciate all and thank all. May be world should realize the importance of these People who make the base, who take the weight of the entire society. The workers, the labors, the men behind the scene, the unsung heroes. Take an e.g of wordpress, so many people are making all of us reach our readers daily. Do we even take a moment to appreciate them or thank them? Um, may be some of us do but since it is Labors day on 5th, here’s wishing all of these unsung heroes, Miracle workers A very Happy Labors Day.
